Improving the intellectual property protection system is a gradual process, which is closely related to the development stage, capacity building and the awareness of intellectual property of the whole society.The intellectual property protection system in developed economies has been established for a long time.

Therefore, China should not be accused of some deficiencies in its intellectual property protection, nor should it be required to achieve the level of developed economies at one stroke, which may inhibit development and hinder steady and sustainable progress in intellectual property protection.
